This Taco Bell rebrand focused on changing the target audience to adhere to a young health minded audience that would portray that Mexican cuisine is nourishing to body and mind. The brand concept of taking the bite of life comes from the lure of immortality and how food can elongate your life. In Mexican culture, the Amaranth flower is a symbol of immortality, which is what the logo creation was inspired by.
